INSPECT ON ARRIVAL This product has been inspected and packaged with durable internal packing and external corrugated. Responsibility for safe delivery was assumed by the carrier at time of shipment. CLAIMS FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO THE CONTENTS SHOULD THEREFORE BE MADE UPON THE CARRIER AS BELLOW.
QUANTITY OF PIECES Check quantity of pallets/cartons received versus freight bill. Sign only for items received. NOTE ANY DISCREPANCIES ON THE FREIGHT BILL AND REQUEST A CLAIM FORM FROM THE CARRIER IMMEDIATELY.
VISIBLE DAMAGE Any external evidence of damage MUST BE NOTED ON THE FREIGHT BILL OF LADING AND SIGNED BY THE TRUCK DRIVER. Failure to adequately describe external damage may result in carrier’s refusal to honor a damage claim. The form to submit a claim for the damage will be supplied by the carrier.
Concealed damage or loss Concealed damage or loss is that which becomes apparent only after unpacking the merchandise. The merchandise may be damaged in transit due to rough and/or excessive handling even though carton may not show external damage. OPEN ALL CARTONS ALL MERCHANDISE IMMEDIATELY. If Damage is discovered upon unpacking, REPORT THE DAMAGE, IN WRITING, TO THE CARRIER WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE AND REQUEST AN INSPECTION REPORT. Cartons and all packing must be held for inspection by carrier. Then, file a claim with the carrier as this damage or loss is responsibility of the carrier.
TITLE OF GOODS:
Title of goods passes to the purchaser and our responsibility ceases when shipment is accepted for transportation by any carrier from the factory. Carrier routing will be established by our Traffic Department if not indicated on purchaser’s order. All shipments will be on a Pre-Paid basis unless otherwise instructed on order. If shipment is received damaged, note damage on carrier freight bill at time of acceptance and file claim for appropriate damages from the carrier. Concealed damage must be reported to the transportation company within14 days from the date of delivery. All damaged merchandise claims must be filed directly with the delivering carrier.
Returned merchandise will not be accepted unless authorized in writing prior to return; including an RMA number, ship freight prepaid, in original carton, and may be subject to a restocking charge of 20%.
Order Changes and Cancellations:
Due to expedited shipping schedules, Green Cubicles must limit customer changes and cancellations. A restocking charge of 20% will be invoiced for any product cancelled or changed after production has begun. Production normally begins 24 hours after acceptance of the order.

TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM
Contact Parts Department via E-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org . Provide order number, model number and description of the problem and obtain confirmation number. At its option, Green Cubicles will:
a. Supply compatible components of current manufacture.
b. Repair the customer’s component.
It is the customer’s responsibility to prepay freight on any components returned to the factory. Return freight on components covered by warranty will be paid by Green Cubicles.

Care and Cleaning:
– Vacuum or brush fabrics at least once a week. Protect from glaring sunlight.
– Use a damp cloth to clean other surface areas
– Check screws for tightness, clean and lubricate moving parts such as chair controls and casters every three months.
Due to differences in dye batches and variations in printing as well as viewing environments and uneven color fading, there may be slight variations in color. Exact matching may not be possible.
Furniture veneer casegoods are to be cleaned with a solution of 9 parts water and 1 part rubbing alcohol. Always use a clean, non-abrasive, soft cloth.

Natural Wood is made up of millions of cells relying on absorption of pigments and dyes. The absorption rate and capacity of absorption is affected by numerous factors. While each manufacturer has its own processes and wood types and although they may call their finishes by the same name, all natural wood products are subject to variations in shade and product from different manufacturer’s and may not exactly match with each other (i.e. Cherry, Mahogany, etc.).

Buyer is responsible for return shipping on any item that is not damaged or not deliverable to the address provided by the buyer.
All items returned to us as a change of mind or unwanted items must be original factory sealed to receive a refund after restocking and credit card fees are deducted.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns for refunds must be initiated by the buyer within 5 business days from delivery date.- subject to a restocking fee of at least 20%, and the following:
- A) Receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, to ensure proper handling of the return and/or replacement. Products cannot be returned without an RMA number.
- B) In order to be eligible for a refund, less shipping expenses and credit card fees, your returned merchandise must be in the exact same condition as we shipped, with all packaging, and paperwork intact and unaltered.
- C) Customers remain responsible for the shipping and handling expenses incurred in shipping the item to them. If an item is offered with “Free Shipping,” this means we are paying the freight on your behalf. If that product is returned for a refund, the shipping expenses incurred, will be deducted from the refund. If the Delivery is Refused, the carrier bills us for shipping both ways, and these expenses incurred on your behalf need to be deducted from your refund.
- D) The issuance of an RMA# does not guarantee final disposition, as all returns are subject to our inspection. If the product you are returning is not in the exact condition, as per Paragraph b) it is non-refundable.
If your return is not in the exact same condition as we shipped – it is non-refundable. So please limit your Returns to the, exact same condition as we shipped, condition with all documentation, packing material, and accessories intact. - E) Returns should be packed in an outer shipping carton, to avoid defacing the original box/packing of the product. The RMA# should be clearly inscribed on the shipping label. A copy of your invoice and Order # should be included, and your Return should be insured, with shipping costs pre-paid. We do not accept any COD shipments.

Parts must be re-saleable and in the original packaging.
We cannot take back used parts.
We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
Electrical parts are not returnable.
We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.

Abuse of Return Policy:
Green Cubicles reserves the right to refuse to sell to any person for any reason not prohibited by law, including, but not limited to, the abuse of its return policy.
Refunds will be credited within 5-10 business days after receiving the return to our warehouse in Ontario, CA. Once we’ve received and processed the return, we will refund the applicable amount less any Recovery Fees.
Item(s) returned without original materials:
If an order is returned missing parts/pieces or materials that were sent with the order, a refund will not be granted.
For products and items stating free shipping, free shipping is limited to only zone two as calculated per ZIP Code 91761 via UPS ground.
Other products may include free delivery and set up. Free delivery and set up is provided in our standard delivery and assembly package.

- Installing telephone and data cabling is not included
- Attaching furniture to building is not included
Deliveries will occur Monday through Fridays during normal business hours
Products that need assembly will be scheduled by appointment to occur Monday through Fridays
Services, items or schedules not covered within the standard delivery and assembly package may be available for an additional service fee. Registered quote needs to be presented and agreed to before work can continue.

General Terms and Conditions
Weekend or Holiday orders will be processed the next business day.
If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 3-5 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 3-5 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 10-15 business days to arrive at our warehouse and will shipped to you immediately.
In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible.
Your order may be shipped Overnight for an additional cost.
Oversized shipments will be additional; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.
We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.
Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination to reduce shipping cost to the customer.
We do not ship internationally.
We do not ship COD orders.
For large items shipping via Freight you will need to provide a valid phone number for the Freight company to call and schedule delivery time.
